 Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refund, exchange only. All prices are for individual animals.* Payment: 
Payment is required in advance by check (allow 10 day for check to clear), money order, pay pal, or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover. I can sometimes do payment plans on certain animals. Usually, this is done by paying a deposit of 20% down. We will continue to keep, and care for your animal until it is paid for. You can send whatever amount that you can afford every month, but the monthly amount should be agreed upon in advance of setting up the payment plan. When the account is paid in full, we will ship the animal. Note: Please be sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable. We can offer a credit for payments made to be applied to other animals in the event that you are unable to fulfill your commitment. Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time. Also somebody MUST be home to take delivery of the animal, or the guarantee is VOID as well. |
